Berwyn Lodge is a modern bungalow on the edge of Evesham. It’s detached, so there are no neighbours to worry about. The plot is quite generous, and the parking is easy.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, and both have their own en-suite. That’s very handy. Everything is on the ground floor, so the layout is straightforward.
Inside, it’s open plan. There’s a wood burner in the living area, which does throw out a good heat. The kitchen has stuff like a dishwasher and a washing machine. It’s well-equipped.
You’re a few minutes in the car from the centre of Evesham for shops. There’s a pub about a mile and a half away that does food.
Location-wise, it’s good for exploring. Broadway is ten minutes away. You can be in the middle of the Cotswolds in about half an hour – places like Bourton-on-the-Water or Chipping Campden. Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham, and Worcester are all within a 30-minute drive, if you want a day out in a proper town.
There’s a lot to do nearby if you want it. Broadway Tower is worth a visit. The National Trust has several houses and gardens in the area. And the Cotswolds website is useful for planning.
Facilities are all included. The rating is 5 Star, which means it’s finished to a high standard. Bedding and towels are provided. Sorry, no pets.
