Millstone Barn Heapham

Millstone Barn is in Heapham, in Lincolnshire. It's a converted barn. We live on site, in the farmhouse. It’s one of two barns, semi-detached, but you have your own garden and patio.

It sleeps two. One bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Everything is on the ground floor and the doorways are wide, so it’s suitable for a wheelchair. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well finished, but we're not trying to be a hotel. It's just a nice, clean place to stay.

There’s a private hot tub in the garden. There's also an electric vehicle charger if you need it.

You can walk or cycle straight from the door into the countryside. The local fishing is on the River Trent, about ten minutes away by car. Gainsborough is the nearest town for shops and a few pubs, it's roughly a ten-minute drive.

Lincoln is about half an hour away. The cathedral is the main thing to see. You can walk around the castle walls too. The area around the cathedral, called the Bailgate, has cafes and places for lunch.

Facilities: there's a TV, WiFi, bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed. On-site parking. No pets.
