Fairview
Fairview is in Leadburn, on the edge of the Scottish Borders. It's a big, single-level house, all on the ground floor. It sleeps ten, in five bedrooms. They can be either super-king beds or twins, you can set them up how you like. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. That's the main thing, I'd say.
It's a five-star place, which means it's high-spec. Everything's new, everything works. It feels spacious because it's open plan. There's a gym with some equipment, and a games room with a pool table. Outside, there's a patio with a hot tub and a good sized garden. Plenty of parking.
Inside, you've got the usual stuff: a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV. Towels and bedding are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair.
For things to do, you're in a good spot. There's a golf course very close by. You can get to horse riding locally. The Scottish Borders roads are quiet, good for cycling. The hills are right there if you want to walk.
You can be in central Edinburgh in under 40 minutes, depending on traffic. The Borders towns like Peebles are about 20 minutes away. For history, you've got things like Rosslyn Chapel and all the abbeys nearby.
