Fairview
Fairview is in Leadburn, just north of the Scottish Borders. It's a ground floor apartment, but a very big one. The building itself is part of a larger house that's been converted.
It sleeps ten people. There are five bedrooms and they're all a good size. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which is really handy with a full house. You can set the beds up as either twins or super-kings, depending on what you need.
The place is a 5 Star property, which means it's been finished to a high standard. Everything is new and works properly. It feels spacious because it's mostly open plan.
There's a private patio and garden area for you to use. Inside, there's a games room with a pool table and a separate gym with some basic equipment. The hot tub is indoors, in its own room off the utility area.
For facilities, you've got the usual: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you're bringing little ones. Plenty of on-site parking too.
Location-wise, you're right on the edge of the Borders. It's quiet and rural here. For walking or cycling, you're close to the Pentland Hills. The town of Peebles is about a ten-minute drive south. Edinburgh is roughly half an hour north, depending on traffic.
