Middledrift Cottage is in Brora, right in the village. It's just off the main street, so you can walk to the shops and the pub. It's a stone cottage, end of a row.
The cottage is a four star, sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped, not just basic. You can bring two dogs. The garden is enclosed, which is good for them.
Inside, it's got everything you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need one. Parking is right outside.
Brora itself is quiet. The beach is a five minute walk. It's a long, sandy beach, good for walks. The golf course is a proper old links course, right by the sea.
If you want to go further, Dunrobin Castle is about ten minutes drive south. It's quite something. To the north, you've got the Strath of Ulladale and lots of good walking country within half an hour. Inland a bit, there's the Fairy Glen at Rosehall for a shorter walk.
The local pub does food. There's a bakery and a couple of shops. For a bigger supermarket, Golspie is the next village along.
