This is Pinley Hill House, near Hatton in Warwickshire. It’s a detached house set back from the road, so it’s quiet. You get your own private bit of garden at the back.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own en-suite bathrooms. It’s got a 5 Star rating, which means it’s been refurbished to a high standard. It’s comfortable and everything works. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine.
The village of Hatton is about two and a half miles away. There’s a shop, a pub, and the Hatton Locks on the Grand Union Canal. It’s a nice spot for a walk along the towpath. The Hatton train station is about half a mile away. You can get trains to Birmingham or Stratford.
Warwick is about seven miles. You’ve got Warwick Castle there. Stratford-upon-Avon is about ten miles. That’s where you’ll find the Royal Shakespeare Company theatres and Shakespeare’s places.
Leamington Spa is seven miles away. The Cotswolds are within a half hour drive if you want to explore. The NEC is about fifteen miles away, which is useful for events.
For local walks and places, the National Trust website is good. You might also look at Canal & River Trust for the locks and towpath.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot if you need one. No pets, sorry.
