Pinley Hill House is a detached house near Hatton village in Warwickshire. It's quiet and rural, set down a lane. The main garden is shared, but there's a private, sectioned-off part just for guests, with outdoor furniture.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own en-suite bathrooms, which is quite handy. It's a 5 Star place, which reflects the recent refurbishment. Everything's in good order.
The village of Hatton is about two and a half miles away. There's a shop, a pub, and the Hatton Locks on the Grand Union Canal. You can walk along the towpath. There's a café there too.
The local train station at Hatton is less than a mile away. Trains go to Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Leamington Spa. Warwick is about seven miles. You've got Warwick Castle there. Stratford is ten miles, for the Shakespeare connection and the river. Leamington Spa is about the same distance. The edge of the Cotswolds is within reach for a drive.
For facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if needed. No pets. Parking for two cars on the drive.
