The Old Exchange is my place in Market Bosworth. It's a detached house right on the edge of the town centre, so you're close to everything but it's quiet. The garden is enclosed.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is spacious. There's a stair lift fitted, which is handy if stairs are difficult for anyone.
You can walk into the town in a few minutes. There's a small market square with some nice independent shops. The Ashby Canal runs nearby, good for a flat walk along the towpath. The Battlefield Line Steam Railway is here too, if you like that sort of thing.
Within about half an hour's drive, you've got some good days out. Twycross Zoo is popular. The National Space Centre in Leicester is interesting. For a proper walk, Hicks Lodge has cycling and wildlife, or you can get to the Peak District in under an hour.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, bedding and towels are included, WiFi, TV, and parking on site. The garden has patio furniture. No pets, I'm afraid.
