Avon Lock Cottage
Avon Lock Cottage is in Tewkesbury. It's an apartment, set right beside the lock on the River Avon. You can watch the boats going up and down. It was all done up in 2021.

The front door opens straight onto the public walkway by the lock. That means people walk past the windows sometimes. It's not a private garden.
There's a shop about 100 yards away and a pub about 170 yards. It's a five minute walk into the middle of Tewkesbury. The Tewkesbury Abbey is there, and the Roses Theatre.
If you want to get out on the water, Croft Farm Leisure is about a ten minute drive. They have swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking on the lake there.
You're on the edge of the Cotswolds. The Cotswolds area is all around. Cheltenham is about 20 minutes by car. Malvern, and castles like Sudeley, are within half an hour.
For facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair if you need one. There's also space to store bicycles.
