Ar Deireadh is a bungalow in Tayvallich. It's detached, so you have your own space. The garden gets the sun and has a good view over the fields.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. Everything is on one level, which is handy. The doorways are wide and there's a ramp to the front door, so it's accessible if you need that.
The village is a couple of minutes' walk away. There's a shop with a post office, a pub, and a coffee shop. The pub does food. The harbour is right there. It's a sheltered spot, good for launching kayaks or just watching the boats.
If you walk for about ten minutes, you get to Carsaig Bay on the other side of the peninsula. You can see Jura from there. On a clear evening, the sunset over the island is something else.
The Crinan Canal is about eight miles away. You can drive or walk the towpath. There are boat trips from Crinan harbour where you might see seals or eagles. Lochgilphead is a twelve-mile drive for bigger shops and a swimming pool.
For history, Kilmartin Glen is close by. It's full of ancient standing stones and burial sites. The Taynish National Nature Reserve is nearby for walks in old oak woods.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's a cot and highchair if needed. The shed in the garden is lockable for storing bikes.
