The Lambing Shed South Hiendley

The Lambing Shed is a shepherds hut on our farm in South Hiendley. It's a glamping setup, so it's small and cosy but it's got everything you need. It sleeps two.

It's a proper shepherds hut, so it's one room with a double bed, a wood burner, and a small shower room. It's warm and dry. You'll find it clean. We're on site if you need anything, but we leave you to it.

Outside the door there's a fire pit and a pizza oven you can use. The view is just fields. You'll hear farm noises, and sometimes horses from the livery next door.

The local pub is about a fifteen minute walk. It's a decent village pub. For a supermarket, you'll need to drive to Hemsworth, which is about ten minutes.

If you want to go out, Hemsworth Water Park is close by for a walk. For a proper day out, the Yorkshire Sculpture Park is about twenty minutes' drive. It's very good. So is Wentworth Castle. Cannon Hall is nearby too. You can get to the edge of the Peak District in half an hour.

Practical stuff: It has a 4 Star rating. There's WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right next to it. You can bring one dog. We do ask you keep it on a lead outside because of the farm animals.
