This is Little Orchard in Worlington. It's a bungalow, so all on one level. We did it up a few years ago. It sleeps four in two bedrooms, and they're both ensuite, which people seem to like.
The main bit is open plan. Kitchen, dining, living area. It's all quite straightforward and new. We leave you some robes, slippers, toiletries and a welcome pack with basics.
Outside, the garden goes round the sides. There's a patio with furniture and a BBQ. The hot tub is under a cover. There's a kennel out there too, as we take two dogs.
The village is quiet. There's a pub that does food about a five minute walk away. The nearest shop is in Mildenhall, a couple of miles down the road.
You're quite central here for getting about. Thetford Forest is about a 15 minute drive. Good for walking and cycling. Forestry England Thetford Forest has the maps.
Bury St Edmunds is 20 minutes. Nice town, has the abbey ruins and decent shops. Newmarket for the races is about 25 minutes. Cambridge is roughly 40 minutes if you fancy that.
A few National Trust places are within half an hour or so, like Ickworth and Oxburgh Hall.
Facilities wise: it's got parking, WiFi, a TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if needed. The entrance is level and the doors are wide.
