Broomrigg Farmhouse

It's called Broomrigg Farmhouse, near Pencaitland in East Lothian. It's detached, on the edge of the Winton Estate, so you've got proper views over the fields.

It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a roll-top bath, which is a nice touch. The kitchen is big, with a range cooker. There's a utility room too, with a washer and dryer. The living room has a wood burner. It's got a five star rating, so it's well looked after and comfortable.

The garden is a wrap-around patio. It's enclosed. There's parking for four cars and an EV charger.

You're about half an hour from Edinburgh, straight up the A68 and onto the bypass. The airport is about the same distance. There's a shop, a cafe, and a pub less than a mile away in the village. The coast is about eight miles.

If you're coming for the golf, you're in the right place. There are several courses nearby. For days out, Edinburgh is obvious. North Berwick is about twenty minutes away. You can also get down to the borders quite easily.

We can take up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. All the bedding and towels are included. The property has some accessible features and a wheelchair-friendly entrance.
