The Penthouse
The Penthouse is in Troon, on the Ayrshire coast. It's a top-floor flat with a private roof terrace. You can see the sea from the living room and up on the terrace.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-finished. You can bring one dog.
The beach and the promenade are about a hundred yards away. There's a shop, a pub, and restaurants the same distance. The pub does food.
Troon is on the Ayrshire Coastal Path, so you can walk straight out onto it. The Royal Troon golf course is here. You can get ferries from nearby to places like Arran, or over to Dunoon for Loch Lomond.
Glasgow is about forty minutes by car or train. Edinburgh is about forty-five minutes beyond that.
For facilities, you've got a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site. The electricity is all included in the price.
