Kingsley Cottage Hawley

Kingsley Cottage is a single-bedroom annexe we finished doing up a few years ago. It's attached to the main house but you're on your own out there, and it looks over the fields at the back. It's just for two people, or a single guest.

It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and everything works. It's all on one floor, which is good for accessibility. There's one main room with a kitchen area and a sofa, and the bedroom is separate. The bed is a kingsize but you can split it into two singles if you need to. The French doors open out onto a patio. You get your own parking space right outside.

You're a few minutes' walk from the village pub, which does food. The local shop is a bit further. It's a quiet spot.

If you drive, the M25 junction is about five minutes away. That gets you to London or down to the coast. Brands Hatch is 15 minutes up the road if you're interested in that. For walking, the Darenth Valley paths are nice. The fishing complex is nearby if that's your thing.

Everything's included: wifi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels. We can put a cot or a highchair in if you let us know. No pets, sorry.
