Swallows is in Church Town, near Oxted in Surrey. It's a single-storey bungalow, converted from an old farm building. You get a small private sitting-out area at the back that looks over woodland.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It has a 3 Star rating. Everything is on the ground floor, which is handy.
There's a public footpath right outside the door for walks. You can walk across the fields to a decent pub in Tandridge. It takes about half an hour. Next door to the cottages is a garden centre with a restaurant that does coffee and meals. It's open some evenings.
The village of Godstone is about a mile away for shops and pubs. The train station at Oxted is two miles away. You can be in London in about half an hour on the fast train.
If you're driving, there are a lot of historic houses and gardens nearby. You've got places like Chartwell, Polesden Lacey, Hever Castle, and Hampton Court Palace. The south coast at Brighton is about 45 minutes by car.
For facilities: parking on site, washing machine, TV, and bedding and towels are included. It's open plan inside. You can bring up to two dogs.
