The Cart Shed Turville

The Cart Shed is in Turville, which is a few miles north of Henley. It's a single-storey building next to our house, so you might see us coming and going. It's opposite the church.

It sleeps two in one bedroom. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. The kitchen is small but fine for making breakfast or a simple meal. It has underfloor heating, which is nice in the winter.

The building used to be a cart shed, so the shape is a bit long. The ceiling is high in the main living area because of that. It gets good light.

The village is small. There's a pub about a minute's walk away. They serve food. There's a village green and some very old cottages. It's quiet.

You're in the Chilterns here. It's an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Good for walking. You'll often see red kites. The Chilterns Conservation Board website has walking routes.

Henley-on-Thames is about a 15 minute drive. Marlow is about the same. High Wycombe is 15 minutes the other way, which has a shopping centre and a train station for London.

For facilities: there's WiFi, a TV, on-site parking, and bedding and towels are included. The garden patio area is for you to use. No pets, sorry.
