The Cart Shed is in Turville. It's a single-storey place next to our house, so everything's on one level. It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and done to a good standard.
It's directly opposite the old church. The kitchen's fine for doing breakfasts or simple meals. There's underfloor heating, which works well. The shower is good and powerful. You get the patio area to yourselves.
The village is very pretty. It's the one you might recognise from the Vicar of Dibley. There's a pub about 175 yards away. They do food. The shop is a couple of miles away in a neighbouring village.
You're right in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The walking from the door is excellent. You'll see red kites and sometimes deer.
Henley-on-Thames is about five miles south. Marlow is about fifteen minutes by car. High Wycombe is the same for bigger shops or if you need a train into London. The Wormsley Estate, where Garsington Opera is held, is very close.
For facilities: there's WiFi, a TV, parking, and bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
