Pam's Plaice
This is Pam's Plaice. It's in Offord D'Arcy, a quiet village. The house is semi-detached and right next to the primary school, so you'll hear kids sometimes during term time. That's just how it is.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The conservatory is a nice spot, especially if it's sunny. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs.
You can walk to the village shop. The River Great Ouse is nearby in Godmanchester, which is a couple of miles away. Good for a walk. If you want a bigger trip, Cambridge is about a twenty-five minute drive. The park and ride is the easiest way to do it. Huntingdon is closer for trains, you can get to London or up to Ely from there.
Grafham Water is a ten minute drive. It's good for a walk or if you're into sailing. There's a Visit Cambridge site for planning city trips. For local walks, the National Trust has places like Wimpole Estate not too far.
The house has what you'd need: parking, wifi, a washing machine. There's a cot and a highchair if you're bringing little ones. You can bring up to two dogs. We include the bedding and towels.
