Kildonan is a house near Badluarach, which is on Little Loch Broom in the Scottish Highlands. It's detached and sits on its own bit of land down a private track. The views are the main thing. You look straight out over the loch to the Summer Isles. It's very quiet.
The house sleeps seven. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a roll-top bath and a separate shower. One bedroom has its own ensuite. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and comfortable.
Downstairs there's a big kitchen with a dining area and stone floors. The living room is across the hall and has a large wood burner. There's also a games room with a full-sized pool table and a dartboard.
The garden wraps around the house. It's enclosed, which is good if you have dogs or children. You can park right next to the house.
You're quite remote here. The nearest proper shop is about 13 miles away in either Ullapool or Gairloch. Both are about a 30-minute drive. They have supermarkets, pubs, and places to eat. Closer by, there's a restaurant and bar in Dundonnell, about 8 miles away, which is open in the summer.
If you want to get in the water, the jetty at Badluarach is just down the lane. The loch is cold but people do swim in it. For a beach, you'd drive to Gruinard Bay or further around to Gairloch. The area is good for walking. You can start right from the doorstep onto the moor. The mountain An Teallach is very close if you're a serious walker.

Facilities: it has WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate if you need them. You can bring up to three dogs.
