The Fishing Lodge
The Fishing Lodge is a bungalow. So everything's on one floor. It's in Netton, which is a small spot near Salisbury.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's detached and has its own parking. The garden goes down to the River Avon. It's a trout river. If you're into fishing, I can probably arrange some dry fly fishing for you. There's a charge for that though.
Inside it's a 4 Star place. It's comfortable, not huge. You've got a wood burner, a dishwasher, WiFi, all that. Bedding and towels are included. We accept up to two dogs.
The village shop and a pub are about a mile away. The pub does food. Salisbury is about eight miles. The cathedral is worth seeing, and they've got one of the original Magna Carta copies there.
For things to do, Stonehenge is about twenty minutes by car. If you like that sort of thing, Woodhenge is nearby too, but it's just some posts in the ground now. Heale House and its gardens are right across the river from the cottage. They're lovely in the summer.
