Oldfield Warminster

Oldfield is on our farm, just outside Warminster. It's one of three barns we converted, all around a courtyard. It's a working farm, so you'll see us about with the animals sometimes. The views from the front are over our fields.

It sleeps seven. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The conversion kept a lot of the old oak beams, which you'll see upstairs.

The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing a dog. We allow one well-behaved pet. There's parking right outside the barn.

You're a couple of miles from the nearest shop and pub. The pub does decent food. For a bigger shop, you'd go into Warminster itself.

You're in a good spot for seeing things. Longleat House and the safari park are about ten minutes' drive. Stonehenge is roughly twenty minutes away. Stourhead is maybe fifteen minutes. The Westbury White Horse is up on the hill, you can see it from some parts of the farm. Salisbury Plain is all around you, really.

Facilities: it's got the things you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. All the bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor.
