Oldfield is one of three cottages on our farm, converted from a barn. It's in a row around a yard, next to our farmhouse. You get views over the fields.
It sleeps seven. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's a 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The beams are original, so mind your head in a couple of places. The stairs are fine.
You're on a working farm, so you'll see and hear the usual farm things. Sheep, tractors, that sort of thing.
The local pub is about two miles away in the village. It does food. The shop is there too.
Longleat is very close, maybe a ten-minute drive. Stourhead is about twenty minutes. Stonehenge and Salisbury Plain are within half an hour. Avebury is a bit further, maybe forty minutes.
It has what you'd expect: WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. The garden is enclosed. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's parking right outside.
