Freshwater Barn
Freshwater Barn is in Benenden. It's a converted barn on the edge of the village.
It sleeps four but there's only one bedroom, which has a double and a set of bunk beds. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's been done to a good standard. Everything's clean and modern.
There are two pubs and a village shop in Benenden. The shop has a butchers counter. It's all handy.
Everything's included: bedding, towels. There's a washing machine, WiFi, a TV. Parking is right there. The garden is yours to use. We allow two pets.
It's a rural area, so it's quiet. You're right in the Kent Downs, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Good for walks straight from the door.
Within about half an hour you can get to Sissinghurst Castle Garden, or Bodiam Castle. The coast at Rye and Camber Sands isn't much further. For a bigger day out, Tunbridge Wells is about a twenty minute drive.
