Pinecote is a bungalow in Bottesford village. It's all on one level, which is good if stairs are a problem.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, both doubles. One has its own shower room, and there's a separate bathroom as well. There are two living areas really, one with a dining table. The garden is fully enclosed, so it's secure for dogs or kids.
It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. You've got parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi.
Bottesford itself is quiet. You've got the basics here: a couple of pubs that do food, a shop, a bakery. The train station is useful. You can get to Nottingham in about half an hour without the car.
Belvoir Castle is on the doorstep. It's good for a wander around. The Belvoir Castle website has details of what's on. For walks, the Grantham Canal towpath is flat and easy.
Market day in Newark is worth a trip. Grantham's got the usual high street shops. Lincoln is a bit further but the cathedral is something else. The Lincoln Cathedral site has visiting information.
We take up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a cot if you need one.
