Walkeridge Farm
Walkeridge Farm is a shepherd's hut in Hannington. It's on our working farm. You'll see sheep in the fields.
It sleeps two. One bedroom with a kingsize bed, one bathroom with a double shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's small, but it's well set up. There's a kitchen area with a hob, microwave, and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. Good for making breakfast and simple meals.
Outside is your own bit of garden. There's a hot tub and a fire pit. The view looks out towards the Watership Down hills. It's very quiet.
The hut is right on the Wayfarer's Walk. You can step straight onto it. Good for walking or cycling.
Winchester is about a 20 minute drive. You've got the cathedral and the High Street there. Highclere Castle is about 25 minutes away. The Bombay Sapphire distillery in Whitchurch is roughly 15 minutes by car.
For facilities: there's WiFi, TV, bedding and towels are included, and you can park right next to the hut. We allow up to two dogs. There's a BBQ you can use.
