The Courtyard Falcutt

The Courtyard is a converted barn in Falcutt, which is a small hamlet near Helmdon. It's in our grounds but it's private, with its own entrance and parking.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both are Super Kings that can be made into twins if you ask beforehand. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one just a toilet and basin. The main bedroom has a desk if you need to work.

It's open plan downstairs. Kitchen, dining area, living area all in one room. The wi-fi is fine for emails and streaming.

Outside, there are two little patio areas. One gets the morning sun, the other gets the evening sun. They're enclosed. We've put a BBQ out there you can use.

Falcutt is quiet. It's just a few houses and farms. You can walk straight out from the door onto footpaths. The field behind often has sheep.

Helmdon has a pub that does food, about a mile away. Brackley is the nearest proper town for shops, about a ten minute drive. They've got a good butcher and a weekly market.

If you're here for Silverstone, it's about ten minutes by car. Bicester Village is roughly twenty-five minutes. For history, Stowe and Canons Ashby are National Trust places within half an hour. Stratford-upon-Avon is about forty-five minutes if you fancy a day out.

Facilities: all the basics are there. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, bedding and towels included. No pets sorry.
