This is Jasmine Cottage, in Walgrave. It's a detached house built around 1850. The garden is split over a couple of levels. It's enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs.
It sleeps five. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which helps. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and has everything you need.
The layout is old. There are steps between rooms upstairs and the doorways upstairs are low. You have to mind your head a bit. The ceilings slope in places too. It's fine, you just need to be aware of it.
Downstairs, there's a living room with a woodburning stove, a separate dining room, and a kitchen. It has a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair.
You can bring two dogs. There's a local pub in the village, about a five minute walk.
The area is good for walking and cycling because it's mostly flat. Pitsford Reservoir is about a 15 minute drive for birdwatching or a walk around the water. There are several big historic houses nearby if that's your sort of thing, like Lamport Hall and Boughton House. Northampton and Kettering are both within a 30 minute drive for shops or a cinema.
