Fountain Front Barn Corley

Fountain Front Barn is a new barn conversion for two people on a farm in Corley, Warwickshire. It’s one of three identical barns built side by side. There’s parking right outside your front door.

It’s all on one level. There’s an open plan room with the kitchen, dining and living area. The bedroom and shower room are separate. It’s got underfloor heating, which works well. You get your own patio with a table and chairs, and a private hot tub.

The farm has horses and sheep in the fields. There’s a footpath from the property into the lanes. The nearest pub is about a ten minute walk.

Warwick is about a 15 minute drive. That’s where the castle is. Kenilworth Castle is also nearby. For a day out, Stratford-upon-Avon is roughly half an hour away. The NEC is about 20 minutes by car if you’re going to an event.

In terms of facilities, it’s got everything you’d expect. WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring one dog. There’s an electric vehicle charger on site.
