The Stables is in Hedon. It's a detached one-bedroom place we used for horses, built in 1865. It's for two people. It's got a 4 Star rating.
You come in through French doors from the patio into the kitchen and diner. There's a table for two. The living room has a TV and an electric stove that looks like a wood burner. The bedroom has a super kingsize bed, it's two singles zipped together. There's a shower room. Everything is on the ground floor.
Outside, there's a patio garden that's just for you. There's parking right there and a shed if you bring bikes. You can bring one dog. The wifi is fine for emails and browsing.
There's a pub about two minutes walk away. It's won awards for its food. The shop is about the same distance.
You're well placed for getting out. Hull city centre is about a 20 minute drive if you want shops or the theatre. The Holderness coast is close. Withernsea is under 10 miles for a traditional seaside trip. For a really good walk, Spurn Point is about half an hour's drive away. It's a nature reserve out on a spit of land. You can walk for miles.
