This is Ledmore. It's near the bottom of Loch Frisa on Mull, in Argyll. It's detached and you can't see any other houses from it. The place is surrounded by fields and a river runs past the garden.
It sleeps five people. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One shower room is downstairs. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. You can bring up to two dogs.
You need to be okay with a track to get here. It's about three miles along a forestry track from the main road. It's single track, but it's fine for a normal car if you take it steady.
The kitchen is a good size. There's a woodburning stove in the living room. Upstairs, the bedrooms are under the eaves so the ceiling slopes a bit.
Outside, there's a garden and a patio. You get your own bit of the river with a small island and a waterfall. Free trout fishing is included in the loch. You can also hire a boat and gear from the owner if you want.
There's an old barn you can use. It's big enough for a game of badminton or to store bikes. The annexe has a table tennis table.
The main thing here is the location. You're right by Loch Frisa for swimming or canoeing. You can walk up the lochside and often see red deer. You can climb Spionn Mòr from the house.
For getting around, Tobermory is about half an hour's drive. You can get boat trips from there to see Staffa and the Treshnish Isles. Aros is the nearest village with a shop, about 20 minutes away. The ferry to the mainland is from Craignure, which is also about half an hour away.
Included in the price: electricity, bedding, towels. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Plenty of parking.
