Stone Cottage Glasnakille

Stone Cottage is in Glasnakille, on the Isle of Skye. It's detached and sits on its own. The views from the front are to the south, over the sea to the Isles of Rhum and Eigg.

It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other is upstairs. It's a 4 Star rating, which means it's well finished. The owner did a big renovation. There's a photo album about it in the house.

The living room has a wood burner and leather sofas. There's a bookshelf with books and games. The hi-fi plays vinyl records or you can connect your own music.

The kitchen and dining area has a big picture window. You can watch for wildlife, or the stars at night. The garden is enclosed. The air here smells different, like damp earth and heather. The weather changes quickly.

You can walk from the door to the Spar Caves. The coastal path to Elgol starts nearby. The Fairy Pools and the Blaven mountains are a short drive away. Dun Grugaig, an Iron Age fort on a cliff edge, is close by.

The cottage has parking. There's a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi works. No pets.
