Lodge 1 Mill Bay

This unique lodge has a style of its own and sleeps up to four guests, a place where you can hear yourself think. It is located on the beautiful island of Eday a short trip from Kirkwall, Orkney and is a very quiet island with plenty of walks and views. There is an island shop selling fresh food, vegetables and wine. Eday is two ferry journeys from mainland Scotland - one to Orkney and another from Kirkwall, the main town on Orkney, to Eday. Alternatively, you can fly into Kirkwall Airport and take a 20-minute flight to Eday, this is a restricted service. This beautiful location is perfect to switch off and unwind, the holiday lodges are situated in the scenic, Mill Bay, Orkney.
The lodge is modern with a home from home feel with underfloor heating to keep you nice and cosy in all weathers. There is a separate living and dining area with a table and Wi-Fi for those wishing to get away from it all, to find some creativity or to just simply relax and enjoy views of the bay. The lodge has a separate double bedroom with a sofa bed in the living area. There is plenty of space for a travel cot for those travelling with small children. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and preparing snacks, with a local shop 10 minutes’ walk from Mill Bay. Come and explore the hidden gem of the Orkney Islands, Eday at Mill Bay.
