Wayside Cottage
Wayside Cottage is in Padbury village. It's a detached, Grade II listed house. The main thing is it's got three bathrooms, which is handy for five people.
It sleeps five in three bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite with both a bath and a separate shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and has character, like exposed beams. The stairs are typical old cottage stairs, so they're a bit steep.
There's a log burner in the living room, which has doors out to the garden. There's also a separate snug room and a dining room. The kitchen has a big table. You get the garden to yourselves. Parking is on site.
In the village there's a pub and a butcher. Good walks start right from the door. Buckingham is about three miles away for shops, cafes, and a weekly market.
You're well placed for days out. Stowe Landscape Gardens and Waddesdon Manor are both about 20 minutes by car. Bicester Village outlet shopping is just over half an hour away. Silverstone circuit is about 25 minutes drive. Milton Keynes has shopping and activities like Willen Lake, about 30 minutes away.
Facilities include WiFi, TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. The wood for the burner is supplied. No pets.
