South House Fisherford

South House is in Fisherford. It's an end-terrace cottage on a small lane. The views from the main windows are over fields.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. There's also a shower in the en-suite off the main bedroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well kept.

The stairs are normal stairs. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The conservatory gets the sun in the afternoon.

The kitchen has what you'd need. Washing machine, fridge-freezer, that sort of thing. There's a dining room next to it. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on the drive.

It's a quiet spot. You'll need a car. The nearest shop and pub are about a mile and a half away in Rothienorman.

Huntly is about eleven miles east. It has a supermarket, a few shops, and the Glendronach distillery if you like whisky tours. Turriff is ten miles north. It has a swimming pool, a boating pond, and a golf course.

For castles, there's Fyvie Castle about seven miles away. Further out, you've got places like Balmoral and Crathes Castle. They're within an hour's drive.

It's good walking country. You can drive into Royal Deeside or up towards the coast for a proper day out.

No pets, sorry. The WiFi is okay for emails and browsing.
