If you fancy a trip out on foot to the pub, from the cottage you can take a walk down a bridle path for around three quarters of a mile into the village, be sure to pack your walking boots! You’ll be spoilt for choice in this region, nestled in the foothills of the Carneddau and Glyderau mountain ranges, and near all the popular Mount Snowdon paths it’s a walker’s paradise. If you fancy a more relaxing day, why not take the famous Llanberis Mountain Railway to the Summit. You’re within easy reach of all amenities only a short drive to pubs, restaurants and shops. There’s a wealth of activities in the area from bike trails, Surf Snowdonia, Tree Top Adventures, Forrest Coaster, Zipworld and Bounce Below. A short drive and you’ll find Betws Y Coed, here there’s plenty of places to eat, pubs, independent shops, golf and again more stunning scenery.
