Crest Court is situated directly opposite one of Newquay’s wonderful sandy beaches, Towan Beach, where you will also find the Blue Reef Aquarium. The views are fantastic, with Watergate Bay in the distance and the harbour and Fistral to your left.
The apartment is within walking distance of the town centre if you enjoy the bustle of a popular Cornish seaside resort - you can have the best of both worlds! The property is located 1½ miles from Fistral Beach and 1 mile from Lusty Glaze.
The property is accessed by a keypad entry system with access from the front and rear. There is an internal courtyard on the ground floor, a cycle/surfboard store and an outdoor shower for all those who love surfing and the beach!
