Bramble Cottage is a charming 17th-century cottage with exposed wooden beams throughout and has a secluded garden with a summerhouse perfect for relaxing. The property is ideal for small families or a group of friends, as the main property can sleep four guests. You will also have access to the annex, which is just next door and can sleep two people in its double bedroom. You can all enjoy your trip together with some privacy in the evenings. In keeping with its period features this property has low ceilings and steep narrow wooden staircases in both the main cottage and annex, this should be considered by guests, especially those with mobility issues or small children, before booking.
A short walk away is Ulwell Holiday Park, where you can use the shared indoor heated swimming pool and large outdoor children’s play area, also The Village shop and The Village Inn restaurant and bar are directly opposite, so you will not need to travel far for your evening meal or basic shopping needs.
Within a short drive you can visit Swanage where you can take a trip on the restored steam railway which will make for a historic day out. There is a wealth of attractions nearby including the National Trust Corfe Castle, Arne Nature Reserve, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Dorset Waterpark, the UNESCO Jurassic Coast and the beaches at Studland, Swanage and Kimmeridge Bay. From Studland you can get the ferry to Poole and Bournemouth which has been voted as having the UKs best beach. Monkey World and the Tank Museum are also nearby. Beach 2¼ miles. Shop, and pub serving food 100 yards.
