Orchard Retreat is on the edge of Kirton in Lincolnshire. It's a detached lodge, so you're on your own with no one sharing a wall.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. They're both double rooms and both have their own ensuite shower room, which is useful. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's a new build done to a high spec, so everything's in good order.
The main thing is the garden room. It's a big, glazed room that opens onto the patio. Outside, there's a hot tub, a sauna, a gas fire pit, and a barbecue. There's also an ice bath available if you ask for it in advance. The garden is enclosed.
Inside, it's got a dishwasher, WiFi, and satellite TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
If you want treatments, we have a local therapist who can come to the lodge. You need to book that at least a week ahead. We'll send you the brochure if you book.
Kirton village is about a ten-minute walk. There's a shop and a couple of pubs that do food. For a bigger town, Boston is about ten minutes by car. You can see the Stump tower from miles away. It's got the usual supermarkets, cafes, and a market. Spalding is in the other direction, about fifteen minutes away.
For a day at the coast, Skegness is roughly 45 minutes' drive. The nature reserve at Gibraltar Point is a bit further on from there and is good for walks and birdwatching. Closer to home, the RSPB reserve at Frampton Marsh is about half an hour away and is excellent for wildlife. If you're cycling, there are some flat routes around here.
