Farthing Epsom

So the Farthing is in Epsom, Surrey. It's a garage conversion on our property, but it's entirely separate. You have your own door and parking space right outside. Because it was a garage, it's all on the one level, which is good.

It sleeps four, in two double bedrooms. There's also a large sofa bed in the living area if you need a bit of extra space. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern, clean, and everything works. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance.

The main room is open plan: kitchen, dining, living. The kitchen is a decent size and has a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. You get your own little patio area with a table and chairs. It's south-facing, so you get the sun.

Epsom Downs is a good walk away, maybe 40 minutes, or a few minutes by car. The views from up there are great, you can see right across to London. It's proper countryside on your doorstep. For more walks, you're on the edge of the Surrey Hills. The North Downs Way runs through here.

Epsom town centre has everything you need: shops, a market, pubs, restaurants. The Rainbow Leisure Centre is nearby if you want a swim. Chessington World of Adventures is about a 15-minute drive. For a day out, you can get to Polesden Lacey or Hampton Court Palace in under half an hour.

Facilities are all included: bedding, towels, WiFi, TV, parking. No pets, sorry.
