Farthing Epsom

This is Farthing. It's a converted garage on our property in Epsom. It's got its own front door and garden area, so it's all yours.

It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms and a big sofa bed in the living area. It's all on the ground floor. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's a modern conversion, not an old cottage. The doorway is level and the inside is open plan, which is good for accessibility.

Inside, it's straightforward. Open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Bedding and towels are included. There's a TV and WiFi. You can park right outside.

Outside, you're on the edge of the North Downs. There's a lot of green space right there for walking or cycling. Epsom Downs is about a 40-minute walk away. The views from there are good, you can see across to London.

Epsom town centre is close. There's a market, shops, and a theatre. Rosebery Park is nice if you want somewhere quiet. The Rainbow Leisure Centre has a pool and gym if you need that.

For day trips, Chessington World of Adventures is about 15 minutes by car. The Surrey Hills are right there for more walking. The National Trust looks after Epsom Common. For horse racing, the Derby course is in Epsom.
