Macrury Cottage
Macrury Cottage is in Paibeil, on North Uist. It's a detached stone cottage. You can see the sea from it. The garden is fully enclosed with a table and chairs.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. That's handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's well equipped, nothing's fancy but it's comfortable.
The track down the side of the property leads straight to the beach. It's a big, quiet beach with white sand. Miles of it.
The living room has a wood burner. There are a couple of armchairs and a sofa. The kitchen is open plan with a big table and another seating area. It's a good space if the weather turns.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside. It has WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The entrance is level and the bathrooms have walk-in showers, so it's suitable for someone with limited mobility. Just be aware the bedrooms are upstairs.
For getting around, you're well placed for North Uist and you can drive down to South Uist. The ferry to Harris is at Leverburgh, which is about an hour's drive from here.
