Dunstaffnage Marina is perfectly located in beautiful surrounds with easy access to Scotland’s west coast. Nearby Oban is a bustling ferry port and is the gateway to the Hebridean isles. From here you can visit local islands, take wildlife tours, sample the local whisky, explore beautiful sandy beaches, fly-fish for trout on the local lochs and play challenging golf courses.
Seahorse II has been converted to ensure a unique self-catering experience in comfort and style, in an authentic small ship environment. The boat is 82 foot long and was built to the highest standard for the Norwegian fjords and life in the high northern latitudes. A Swedish steel hull, air-conditioned and heated throughout, and winter sailing for the British Royal Navy for months at a time in the western approaches, means that this little ship is perfect for holidays on the west coast of Scotland.
Below deck the boat features two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and three single bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eleven guests, with plenty of space for large families or groups. All bedroom linen and towels are supplied. Upstairs there is a wonderful deck saloon where you can dine together after a busy day of adventure. The spacious aft deck is ideal for al-fresco dining while admiring the views. Here there is also plenty of room for your kayaks and anything else you need for a great Scottish adventure. Please note: As the properties are self catering, there are no crew onboard and the vessels do not set sail. Beach 3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
Seahorse II can be booked together with St Hilda and Gemini Explorer to accommodate up to 25 guests.
