Field Lodge is on a farm in Netherseal. It's a pine lodge. The views are good, just fields and the valley. It's quiet.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. Everything works and it's clean. It's open plan inside.
You're on a 400-acre arable farm, so you'll see tractors sometimes. There's on site parking. The garden is yours, with a patio.
Inside there's a dishwasher, and bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets allowed inside, but there is a private dog kennel you can book in advance if you're bringing one.
The nearest shop and a pub that does food are about a mile away.
You're in the National Forest here. The Peak District National Park is about a 30 minute drive if you want proper hills. For local walks, the National Forest website has routes.
Alton Towers is within half an hour. For a day out, Calke Abbey is close, and places like Drayton Manor or the museums in Stoke are also about 30 minutes by car. Fishing, horse riding, and a golf course are available locally.
