Field Lodge is on our farm, near Netherseal. It's a pine lodge, not a cottage. You get a good view over the fields from there. It's quiet.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom, with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. The layout is open plan inside.
Being on a farm, it's fairly isolated. The nearest shop and pub are about a mile away in the village. You'll need a car. We can provide a highchair and a cot if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
There's a patio area with your own garden space. You can park right outside.
If you're bringing a dog, we've got a separate kennel you can use. You need to ask us about that beforehand.
You're right on the edge of the National Forest here. The Peak District National Park is about a 30 minute drive away for walking. For a day out, Alton Towers is close. Calke Abbey is nearby too. Further afield, you've got the Potteries museums around Stoke-on-Trent.
