This is Fenn House. It's in Alvechurch, which is a village near Birmingham. It's a detached house, so no neighbours through the walls. The garden is enclosed.
It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, which helps with a full house. It has a 5 Star rating, so everything is in good order and it's well equipped.
The village centre is a few minutes' walk. There are a couple of pubs and a shop. The local pub does food. You can walk down to the marina from here too.
It's handy for getting to Birmingham, which is about 11 miles away. Worcester is 10 miles in the other direction. Redditch and Bromsgrove are closer, about five or six miles.
If you're planning day trips, Stratford-upon-Avon is about a 25 minute drive. That's for the Shakespeare stuff. The West Midlands Safari Park is a similar distance near Bewdley. The Severn Valley Railway is there too.
Further out, you can get to the Cotswolds or the Malvern Hills in under an hour. The motorway network is close, so Wales is also doable for a day trip.
For facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for a couple of cars on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. It's not suitable for pets.
