Coach House
The Coach House is a converted barn on the Dorrington Hall estate, near Dorrington village. It's a detached place with its own garden and a hot tub out the back.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, and each one has its own bathroom. Three of those bedrooms are on the ground floor, which is handy. There's a single step down to get into two of those ground floor rooms, so just watch for that. The main living space is all open plan, with french doors out to the patio.
It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well finished, with things like underfloor heating, a wood burner, and a dishwasher. There's a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and an electric car charger. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
The village has a shop. The nearest pub is about a mile's walk down the lane.
For days out, Lincoln is about a 20 minute drive. The castle and cathedral are up on the hill there. Sleaford is 15 minutes the other way, and Grantham is about half an hour. The Belton House estate, which is National Trust, is 15 minutes away. It's good for a walk.
If you fancy the coast, Skegness is under an hour. For something different, the Lincolnshire Aviation Centre at East Kirkby has a Lancaster bomber you can look around. That's about 40 minutes by car.
