This is Muirtown Lodge. It's in Crannach, which is a rural spot about five miles inland from Cullen on the coast.
It's a detached timber lodge. Sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's a main bedroom with a kingsize and its own shower room, and a twin bedroom with a family bathroom. It was all done up a few years ago. It's got underfloor heating and a wood burner. The big window at the front looks out over the fields.
Outside, there's a private garden area with seating and a wood-fired hot tub. You can bring a couple of dogs.
Cullen is five miles away. Nice beach, good for a walk. There's a shop there too. The nearest pub and restaurant is about four miles. For golf, you've got a few courses nearby, like Buckpool about six miles away.
If you fancy a drive, Aberdeen is about an hour. The National Trust for Scotland's Castle Fraser is around 45 minutes. The Moray Coast trail is good for walking. You can get to Speyside, for the whisky distilleries, in under an hour.
It's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there. The entrance is step-free.
