Achd is our place in Drumbeg. It's a detached croft cottage, whitewashed stone, just under a mile from the village. It stands on its own with a fenced garden.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxury. The stairs are steep and a bit narrow. That's just how it is.
You've got a pub, a shop, and a restaurant about half a mile away. They're all good. The scenery is the main thing here. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible. You're close to some amazing beaches like Achmelvich and Clachnessie.
If you're outdoorsy, there's plenty. Munros for climbing, low-level walks, sea angling. Handa Island is a short drive away for the seabird colony. Eas a' Chual Aluinn, Britain's tallest waterfall, isn't far either.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. The electricity is all part of the price. We accept up to two dogs.
