High Bank is a cottage in Bunbury. It's a one bedroom place, but sleeps four. It says 3 Star, which I think means it's comfortable but not fancy.
The bedroom is upstairs. It's got a double bed and then another double in a sort of curtained-off area in the same room. So it's fine for a family or two couples who know each other well, but it's not two separate bedrooms. The bathroom is downstairs.
You're right in the village. There's a shop about twenty seconds away. There are three pubs within a couple of minutes' walk, all do food. We've got a tea room and a fish and chip shop too. You don't really need to drive for basics.
The cottage has its own enclosed garden at the back. It gets the sun in the afternoon. There's parking for one car on the drive.
For walks, you can go straight from the door. There's a path down to the canal locks, or through the woods. Tarporley is about ten minutes by car if you need more shops. Chester is half an hour away. It's a good Roman wall city, lots to see.
Within about half an hour you've got Beeston Castle and Cholmondeley Castle. Delamere Forest is about twenty minutes for walking or biking. Chester Zoo is maybe forty minutes.
It has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. It's pet friendly, up to two dogs.
