High Bank is in Bunbury. It's a cottage, and it sleeps four. There's one bedroom and one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and tidy but don't expect anything luxurious.
The main thing is it's very spacious for a cottage. It's got a proper enclosed garden. Good for dogs or just for sitting out.
Bunbury is a small village. You can walk to everything. There's a shop opposite, three pubs, a cafe, and a fish and chip shop. The stairs are a bit steep, just so you're aware.
You're well placed for walks. Sadlers Wells Wood is nearby. You can also walk to the Shropshire Union Canal at Bunbury Locks. For a longer walk, the Sandstone Trail starts in Tarporley, which is about a ten minute drive.
There's a lot to do within half an hour. Beeston Castle and Cholmondeley Castle are both about ten minutes away. Delamere Forest is twenty minutes for walking and cycling. Chester is about thirty minutes. That's where you'll find the city walls, the cathedral, and the zoo.
Further afield, Liverpool and Manchester are both under an hour. The North Wales coast is about an hour's drive.
Facilities wise, it's got the basics covered: parking, WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. We provide bedding and towels. A cot and highchair are there if you need them. We allow up to two dogs.
