Bryn Boda is a house on our farm in Nantglyn. It’s a working sheep and beef farm, so you’ll see the animals around. The house itself is detached. You get the garden and patio to yourselves. It looks out over the fields.
It sleeps ten people. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s a 4 Star place, so it’s comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has what you’d need.
We’re in a quiet spot. You can walk straight out from the door onto the footpaths. Denbigh is the nearest town, about five miles away. They’ve got shops, supermarkets, and Denbigh Castle is there if you like history. Ruthin is a bit further, maybe fifteen minutes by car. Nice for a coffee and a look around the shops. Ruthin Gaol is interesting if you like that sort of thing.
For a day out, Llyn Brenig reservoir is about twenty minutes’ drive. Good for walking, cycling, or fishing. You can drive over the Denbigh Moors towards Snowdonia. Betws-y-Coed is probably forty-five minutes. They’ve got the Zip World Fforest coaster there. Llandudno is a proper Victorian seaside town, about forty minutes away.
The facilities are all listed, but the main things: there’s a woodburning stove, a BBQ, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There’s parking for a few cars. You can bring two dogs.
