Strathcashel Cottage
Strathcashel Cottage is near Luss, right on Loch Lomond. It's detached and quite private. You have your own bit of pebble beach about a five minute walk from the back door.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's a wood burner in the living room and the heating keeps it warm in winter. Two of the bedrooms and the sun room look out over the loch.
The garden is enclosed. There's parking on the drive and an electric car charger. Facilities are all there: wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
You're in the middle of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. The West Highland Way passes close by. Balmaha is two miles away. It's got a pub, a shop, and you can get the waterbus to Inchcailloch Island from there. You can climb Conic Hill from Balmaha too.
Loch Lomond Shores at Balloch is about half an hour's drive. Stirling Castle is roughly 40 minutes. Glasgow city centre is under an hour by car.
