Turin Nurin Cottage is a bungalow outside Tomatin. You get there down a private forest track. It's detached, quiet, and overlooks a stream. There's no traffic, just trees.
It sleeps four in two rooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and modern. It was rebuilt in 2015. Because it's all on one level, the access is flat and easy.
The cottage sits within 200 acres of fenced woodland. There are walks marked out from the door. You'll see red deer, red squirrels, and lots of birds. You can sit out on the patio and listen to it all.
Tomatin village has a shop less than a mile away. The pub is about six miles. The Tomatin Distillery is there if you want a tour.
You're well placed for getting out. Inverness is 15 miles north for bigger shops. South, you've got the Cairngorms National Park, Aviemore, and Grantown-on-Spey, all within about a 30 minute drive. Loch Ness and Culloden Battlefield are about the same distance.
For facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, a cot and highchair if needed, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a garden with a patio and a BBQ. No pets.
