Beach View Port Talbot

Beach View is in Port Talbot, right by Aberavon beach. It's a terraced house, three floors. We live next door so we're here if you need anything. You can see the sea from the front windows.

It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The house has been done up, it's clean and comfortable. The living room is on the first floor to get the view. There's a Juliet balcony there, good for watching the sun go down.

You've got two small gardens, one at the front and an enclosed one at the back with some furniture. The front garden is just lawn. You can hear the sea from there.

You're a minute's walk from the beach, literally. Cross the road and you're on it. There's a pub about a mile away. The nearest shop is about the same.

Margam Park is five miles up the road. That's got the Go Ape course if you've got kids with energy. The park itself is good for a walk.

Swansea is about five miles west. That's where the main shops and the marina are. Singleton Park is there. You can drive into the Gower Peninsula from there easily, it's about half an hour to some of those beaches.

For facilities, pretty much everything is included. Bedding, towels, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher. There's parking on the drive. You can bring up to two dogs. The house is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, but the living room and main bedrooms are up a flight of stairs.
