Laundry Cottage Glen Moriston

Laundry Cottage is in Glen Moriston. It's a detached cottage on a working hill farm. You're right next to the River Doe.

It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up, it's clean and comfortable. It's all on the ground floor.

You're in the middle of the glen. It's very quiet. You’ll see red squirrels and deer in the fields. There's a garden with a bench to sit out.

The facilities are straightforward. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside.

A word about supplies. The nearest proper shop is about 15 miles away in Invermoriston or Fort Augustus. The nearest pub is about 10 miles. You'll want to bring your shopping with you.

You've got free trout fishing on the river. There are tracks right from the door for walking or cycling. No traffic.

Fort Augustus, where Loch Ness starts, is about 10 miles up the road. You can watch the boats on the Caledonian Canal locks there. Inverness is an hour's drive east. The Isle of Skye is about an hour and a half west, over the bridge.
